1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili888ph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jili888ph website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jili888ph platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jili888ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of jili888ph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jili888ph platform or any affiliated platform.

jili888ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jili888ph services, you must create a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

• One Account Policy: Each player may hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jili888ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• KYC Verification: jili888ph may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Accuracy: You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity when registering. Any account found to contain false information is subject to immediate suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jili888ph supports a range of Philippine-based payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Supported Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jili888ph's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are generally completed within the same banking day.
• Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. jili888ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Currency: All transactions on jili888ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Anti-Money Laundering: jili888ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jili888ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili888ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• jili888ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jili888ph platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All random-outcome games on jili888ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects game outcomes, jili888ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: jili888ph is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end during active gameplay.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili888ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili888ph staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili888ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jili888ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jili888ph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jili888ph platform without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili888ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

jili888ph makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10 Responsible Gaming

jili888ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

• 21+ Policy: jili888ph strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Violation of the one-account policy.
• At the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in a verified account in good standing will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

12 Amendments to Terms

jili888ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jili888ph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jili888ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
